Avanti Salon is home to some of Northeast Ohio's most talented stylists, colorists, manicurists, and skin care professionals. Education is extremely important at
Avanti Salon, and the learning process does not stop after graduation from cosmetology school. Once hired as an apprentice, our stylists complete a rigorous shadowing experience before they may enter the floor as senior stylists.

Avanti's employees continually pursue education in order to give you the greatest salon experience possible. Educators are invited into the salon to teach classes, and Avanti employees are also encouraged to pursue continuing education outside the salon to meet their own personal goals.

Several of Avanti stylists are trained for "In Salon Coaching" and are working to meet AVEDA's criteria to become certified to teach AVEDA's advanced training. This education includes updates on trends in hair and skin care, as well as new products. This knowledge is passed on to other stylists at Avanti Salon and elsewhere. Salon owners, Tony and Marisa Paterniti also take time out to help educate others by speaking at cosmetology schools.
