CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Last minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. We kindly request at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Group Bookings of five or more require a 50% deposit and a minimum seven-day cancellation notice.

All specialty appointments, including but not limited to, Keratin Treatments, Eyelash Extensions and Hair Extensions require a 50% deposit upon booking and a minimum of 72-hour cancellation notice.

RETURNS:

All makeup and seasonal item sales are final.

Professional appliances are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Aveda products are exchangeable or will be given a store credit for future purchases. No cash refunds will be issued.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Avanti Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

SERVICE GUARANTEE:

Avanti Salon stylists are licensed professionals who are committed to satisfying your needs. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave or within five days after your scheduled visit. We will be happy to schedule you another appointment to meet your expectations.
